  • Where can I find specific event info?

    Please note all event information is included in the ‘Buy Now’ link to an event. This will not ‘buy’ a ticket however it will link you to a page with detailed information on that specific event.

  • Are my tickets refundable?

    Contact the organiser to request a refund using our contact information at the bottom of each page.

    Eventbrite's (our tickets website) fee is nonrefundable.

  • How can I leave feedback on an event I have attended?

    Please submit your feedback directly to us via our contact details at the bottom of each page. Any feedback is highly appreciated.

  • Do I need to bring ID with me to your events?

    It is important that you bring ID to be granted entry to the venue. Please get in touch with the venue directly should you have any issues regarding ID.

  • If I have a wristband on, can I come in and out of the event?

    Once you arrive at a GMG event and your ticket has been scanned, you will receive a wristband. Once your wristband is on, dependant on the venue’s rules and regulations, we will allow you in and out.

  • Can I buy tickets on the door?

    Once our online tickets have sold out, tickets on the door will NOT be available.

  • Are there cloakroom facilities?

    Yes, there are cloakroom facilities at a small charge per person. (this can change venue to venue)
